Snickerdoodles??
My friend Lisa shared this recipe with me years ago when our children were very young. I took out the cinnamon because our children didn’t care for it, but I continued to call the cookies Snickerdoodles.
As the children have gotten older they have shared with me that they have had arguments over whether or not Snickerdoodles have cinnamon in them or not. Well, ours don’t. Argument won! Ha!
We still enjoy these cookies and the recipe is super easy.
Ingredients
Mix by hand:
1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
2 large eggs
½ c. Canola oil
Roll teaspoon size cookie dough balls in:
sugar
Instructions
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Note: Cookie dough will be very moist. You can add 1-2 TB of flour, but the cookie will be more cake like. I prefer to omit the flour.
