Smoked Gouda Pasta
Smoked Gouda Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1 box bowtie pasta
12 oz. jar Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers, drained and chopped
8.5 oz. jar California Sun-Dried Tomatoes Halves with Herbs, drained and chopped
4 oz. (or more) smoked Gouda cheese, cut into small chunks
¼ cup Craisins
Cook pasta and rinse with cold water.
Dressing:
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup white wine vinegar
1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss ingredients with dressing. Chill. Can be made two days ahead. Lasts three days in refrigerator.
