Smoked Gouda Pasta

Smoked Gouda Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 box bowtie pasta

  • 12 oz. jar Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers, drained and chopped

  • 8.5 oz. jar California Sun-Dried Tomatoes Halves with Herbs, drained and chopped

  • 4 oz. (or more) smoked Gouda cheese, cut into small chunks

  • ¼ cup Craisins

Cook pasta and rinse with cold water.

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley

  • ¼ cup mayo

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar

  • 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss ingredients with dressing. Chill. Can be made two days ahead. Lasts three days in refrigerator.
