Marinated Flank Steak
Ingredients
Marinade
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup cooking sherry
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
Powdered garlic
Flank steak
Instructions
Tenderize flank steak with meat mallet.
Sprinkle both sides generously with garlic powder.
Place flank in plastic container with a lid.
Mix oil, sherry, soy sauce, and ground ginger, and pour over flank steak. Cover and refrigerate over night. Turn meat occasionally in the 24 hour period.
NOTE: Utilize 1 recipe of marinade per two pieces of flank steak.

Great for grilling! Yummy for fajita meat, too.
