Recipe Notes

*I have tried using low-fat mayo and other products to decrease the fat content. But it just doesn’t work in this recipe. You might need to blot with a paper towel before serving.

This recipe originated from my mother-in-law, Nancy, who is a fabulous cook. I’ve been using it for years, and it remains a family favorite. Enjoy!
