Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin

This Maple Glazed Pork Tenderloin has been in our family for at least 20 years. Our children love it!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup maple syrup

  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 pork tenderloins, each 2 lbs.

Instructions

  1. Place meat in 9x13 glass baking dish.

  2. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.

  3. Mix together mustard, vinegar, and soy sauce.

  4. Pour over meat.

  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Meat will be browned nicely, and sauce will be bubbling.  

  6. Baste meat 3-4 times during the 45-minute baking period.

Recipe Notes

I usually serve it with mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, or white rice.
