Piccadilly Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe White Cake Mix

  • 1/3 c. Sprite

  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil

  • 4 large egg whites

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients on low (except sour cream) until well blended. Then beat on medium for 2 minutes.

Hand mix in sour cream until well blended.

Icing:

  • 2-8 oz Cool Whip

  • 2- softened cream cheese

  • 1 c. sugar

Filling & topping

  • Blueberries

  • Strawberries

  • Can add additional fruit

Instructions

  1. Bake in two 9” pans at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

  2. When finished let cool.

  3. Ice middle layer first and add fruit. 

  4. Put layers together and ice the rest of the cake

  5. Top the cake with fruit.

  6. Refrigerate
