Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 4- oz. cream cheese softened

  • 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk

  • ¼ c. key lime or lime juice

  • 1-8 oz. Cool Whip

  • Mix well with blender the first three ingredients

  • Fold in Cool Whip

CRUST

  • 2 c. crushed graham crackers

  • 6 Tb. Butter melted

  • ¼ c. white sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix

  2. Shape in pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool

  3. Fill pie shell with key lime mixture. Top with raspberries, blueberries, or fruit of your choice.
