Spinach Salad with Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette

A wonderful salad with hints of fall!

Ingredients

Balsalmic Maple Vinaigrette

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar

  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 cup canola oil

  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. black pepper

  • 4 minced green onions

Spinach Salad

  • Spinach, remove stems

  • Strawberries, sliced

  • Mushrooms, sliced

  • Candied pecans

  • Pecans

For Candied pecans, use equal parts water to brown sugar; heat on low until sugar is dissolved, add whole pecans, and stir until all liquid is gone and the pecans are sugar coated.

Recipe Notes

Mix dressing ingredients. Shake well.  Refrigerate.  Shake well again before using.  Toss salad ingredients.
