Smoked Gouda Pasta Salad
- 1 box Bowtie Pasta
- 1-12 oz jar Mt. Olive Roasted Red Peppers drained and chopped
- 1-8.5 oz jar California Sun-Dried Tomatoes Halves with Herbs drained and chopped
- 4 oz smoked Gouda cheese cut into small chunks (or more)
- ¼ c. Craisins
Cook pasta and rinse with cold water.
- ¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tb. dried parsley
- ¼ c. mayo
- ¼ c. olive oil
- ¼ c. white wine vinegar
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toss ingredients with dressing. Chill. Can be made two days ahead. Lasts three days in refrigerator.
