- 1 box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe White Cake Mix
- 1/3 c. Sprite
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. sour cream
Mix all ingredients on low (except sour cream) until well blended. Then beat on medium for 2 minutes.
Hand mix in sour cream until well blended.
- 2-8 oz Cool Whip
- 2- softened cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
Filling & topping
- Can add additional fruit
Bake in two 9” pans at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
When finished let cool.
Ice middle layer first and add fruit.
Put layers together and ice the rest of the cake
Top the cake with fruit.
