This is a great recipe for grilling!!!
Marinated Flank Steak
- 1/3 c. canola oil
- 1/3. Cooking Sherry
- 1/3. Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- Powdered Garlic
- Flank Steak
Tenderize flank steak with meat mallet
Sprinkle both sides generously with garlic powder
Place flank in plastic container with a lid
Mix oil, sherry, soy sauce, and ground ginger—pour over flank steak. Cover and refrigerate over night. Turn meat occasionally in the 24 hour period.
*1 recipe of marinade per two pieces of flank steak.
Great for grilling! Yummy for fajita meat too.
